Refund Policy

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Each map is made with care, and I do my best to make sure it reaches you safely and as expected. If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch — I’ll always do my best to make it right.

Returns

If you’d like to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, just email me at hello@woodandproper.co.uk with your order number and the details of the item you’d like to return.

Please note:

  • You’ll be responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

  • I recommend using a tracked delivery service, as I can’t take responsibility for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once I’ve received and checked your return, I’ll let you know and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem, please email me at hello@woodandproper.co.uk with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. I’ll sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Custom or Personalised Items

Custom-made or personalised pieces (like commissioned maps or bespoke colour combinations) can’t be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please check all details carefully before confirming your order.

Exchanges

I don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new one.
